ECT

Let’s illustrate some electro convulsive therapy! Yeaaaaaaah!
My anxious neurons could almost feel an electric shock when discovering the subject I was asked to work on.
Fortunately, all my other neurons love controversial subjects because they very often enhance the notion of contrast that I find matching so well with the world of collage.
Softness came to me instantly, while reading Elisabeth Gordon’s article where she describes a current practice (electroconvulsive therapy – ECT) that is controlled, ethical, effective, and has truly positive results.
A soothing image to illustrate the return to calm achieved with this significantly improved technique.

Thanks again to David Spring and the University of Lausanne for this new opportunity to be featured in issue 91 of Allez savoir magazine!
And as usual, there are of course a multitude of other exciting articles! Go check your inbox or subscribe if you haven’t already.
